The Project Summary:

As a major player in both domestic and international capital markets, NYSE Liffe attends conferences that present prime opportunities to connect with the most influential journalists covering their industry. Vivid Ascent was asked to create an elegant event to both inform the media about developments in NYSE Liffe markets, as well as thank them for their dedication to covering key industry issues. By identifying a unique space to host their special event, handling contract negotiations, managing the invitation process and providing on-site facilitation, Vivid Ascent enabled NYSE Liffe executives to mingle with their guests and focus on building critical relationships with the media.

The Challenge:

Crowded conference schedules and limited on-site dining space, along with the flexible nature of a journalist's commitment to filing stories on deadline, presented many obstacles to a full turn out.

The Results:

The NYSE Liffe dinners and receptions have become a "must-attend" event at important industry conferences.
